In general ,engineering students are somehow sarcastic,interactive and focused .they are highly creative and focused. Creativity is a fundamental element of Engineering . Creativity is concerned with the generation of effective, novel solutions to problems, while Engineering , and Engineering Design has a similar goal, focused on technological solutions. It was the Sputnik Shock of October 1957 that prompted, for the first time, research into the people who generate creative solutions, the cognitive Process es they employ, the environment in which they undertake these activities, and the characteristics of the Product s they create. This chapter summarises the psychological framework that guides efforts to understand how Creativity is fostered so that Engineering organisations can maximise their capacity for Innovation . Of special importance is embedding Creativity in Engineering Education . though we are highly creative and focused we are only job oriented .we only run behind the job .Though engineering is different from Real state and it is based on the serving of the mankind and give rise to new technology we should not be binded by the job .the degree isn’t to bind us job in company .many uneducated people are taking great steps, they are doing poultry,opening resorts ,farming,runnig textile and so on. they are trying to push country ahead with their full effort.But we as an engineer so called highly qualified ,creative ,talented and developers of country are complaining the country situation ,political instability .We are complaining the system for the salary of 40000 rather than increasing the finance of country .many of us regret of doing engineering .As an engineer how great would it be to get inside many fields .It’s not only the problem in engineer but also in all the educated fellows of country that they are only running behind the job though they aren’t intrested.

This study, by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) on behalf of the Royal Academy of Engineering, considers the importance of the engineering sector as a vehicle for economic and social development. As part of the study, Cebr developed an Engineering Index to measure the engineering strength of different countries. This report considers a range of different indicators, some of which have fed into the overall Engineering Index. We then present the econometric analysis, which examines the link between engineering and economic development. The study included an in-depth interview programme with engineering experts across the world. We used these interviews to ask exploratory questions about the relationship between engineering and economic development.
