I am not saying just because I belong to
Sagarmatha College of Science and Technology but overall sagarmatha Could be the best choice.
sagarmatha got good faculty members, infrastructures and exposure. It also conducts regular events, workshops and guest lectures. more than that, there is a club which handles every requirement on behalf of students and deals with college management accordingly. 
Another fun thing about Sagarmatha is you can meet seniors from 1st batch to 1st semester and have a good relationship with everyone.
